One of the Best Transportation Systems in the Nation – 4th year in a row that Tennessee has made the top of the list and the only high ranking state that has no transportation debt. Also second best in the nation in the “Transportation and Infrastructure” category, improving from last year’s fourth place. Cost of living and workforce were two other categories where Tennessee also ranked well. (CNBC’s 2013 study “America’s Top States for Business”)
